Role:
Creative Direction & UI Design
Zellar is a tech start-up helping businesses and institutions become more sustainable by giving them the tools to understand their emissions and reduce them through tailored, behaviour-led action plans. Partnering with Goya Studio, I worked on a full brand refresh and product interface redesign for Zellar 2.0, a platform built to make sustainability smarter, simpler, and more actionable.

A brand that challenges the status quo
Zellar wanted to stand out in a category dominated by bland, homogenous brands and instead create a sense of balance between technology and sustainability. Over a three-week sprint, I overhauled the colour, typography, illustration, photography, and data visualisation, drawing inspiration from activism graphics and the ideals of creative commons. Knowing the brand needed to flex across multiple touchpoints, I created a bold, confident, and adaptable visual identity that set Zellar apart from competitors.

Brand as interface
For the design of the product, my focus was to create a simple, engaging experience that motivates users to take action. The clean interface transitions seamlessly from clear, approachable data visualisation to richer, content-driven moments. Motion and interaction bring key moments to life, encouraging users to form better habits that save money and reduce emissions.
The result is a cohesive, modern brand and product experience that positions Zellar as a trusted partner in sustainability, one that makes progress both tangible and inspiring.
