With over 19 years of experience, I’ve led teams and worked hands-on with global brands, startups and agencies across a wide range of industries. I bring expertise in driving successful global initiatives that empower and inspire users at every step.

Along the way, I’ve built design functions for agencies and scaled product teams, championing diversity and inclusivity. I’ve implemented best practices and developed progression frameworks that help designers grow and do their best work.

I place people at the heart of everything I do, working across every aspect of the digital experience. Combining a methodical approach with creativity and craft, I turn insights into design decisions that deliver lasting impact for users and businesses alike.
